The North Texas Woodcarvers Guild, was formed to promote the appreciation and art of woodcarving through instruction, exhibitions, demonstrations, and workshops. The guild was organized in 1972 with five charter members who shared their knowledge, tools, time, and talents with the program. Guild leadership helps all members further their knowledge and enjoyment of woodcarving. Approximately 90 carvers compete in our show annually, and gate attendance has averaged over 600 visitors during the two-day event.
The North Texas Wood Carvers Guild invites you to participate in our 38th Annual Woodcarving Event, Rhapsody In Wood, March 3 and March 4 , 2012 in Grapevine, Texas.
Sponsorship: NTWG invites all businesses interested in woodcarving to participate in sponsoring one or more of the show events. Retail vendors may sponsor an event such as the registration packets for attendees, the awards brunch, or one or more specific categories of the carving competition.
Sponsorship may be in the form of
· Registration Packets: Coupons, product samples, flyers, brochures, catalogs
· Awards Brunch: Products, product samples, or coupons for door prize drawings, or gift bag (products or samples for approx. 75 attendees)
· Carving Categories: Cash Prize, Product or Gift Certificate for Best of Show, Merit Awards, or Competition Category
As a thank you for your generous support, we will include your business name and/or logo in all advertising, programs and displays at the show.
